Responsibilities

Your challenge:

We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to lead new business initiatives and develop strong commercial relationships with enterprise clients. As an Account Executive, you will earn up to 18% commission on sales, along with a competitive base salary.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within your target market while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Promote our innovative game-based learning methodology.
  • Prospect new clients with challenging KPIs.
  • Build and develop new commercial relationships from scratch.
  • Manage prospecting, demo meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
Requirements

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in new business development within B2B environments, preferably in enterprise tech or SaaS companies.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and working proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative approach.
  • Passion for working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong critical thinking and hunting skills.
  • Motivated by challenges and persistent in pursuing opportunities.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, with good business acumen.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
