As we expand into the European market in 2025, we’re seeking high-impact Account Executives to drive growth. With strong product-market fit and rising demand, this role is vital to our success in the region. About the role
  1. Develop and execute a strategic account plan to meet revenue targets within European markets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  3. Own the full sales cycle, with proven experience in inbound and outbound activities. Your primary focus will be outbound.
  4. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions for clients.
  6. Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support our European expansion.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
  8. Represent Hostaway at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our client base.
Minimum qualifications
  1. 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  2. Native-level Spanish language skills and fluency in English. Additional languages like French or Italian are a bonus.
  3. You are results-driven, proactive, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong business acumen and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
  5. Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-growth environment.
  6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic market.
  8. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
