As we continue our expansion into the European market in 2025, we’re looking for high-impact Account Executives to drive growth. With strong product-market fit and increasing demand, this role is critical to our success in the region. About the role
  1. Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue targets within European markets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  3. Own the full sales cycle, with proven experience in both inbound and outbound activities. Your main focus will be outbound.
  4. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that resonate with clients.
  6. Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape our European expansion.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
  8. Represent Hostaway at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our client base.
Minimum Requirements
  1. 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  2. Native level Spanish language skills and English fluency. Any additional languages such as French or Italian are a bonus.
  3. Results-driven, proactive individual with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong business acumen and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
  5. Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-growth environment.
  6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  7. Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a dynamic, evolving market.
  8. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
