Formación

The Role & Team

Infovista is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to build relationships with customers. The successful candidate will excel in complex sales cycles, develop sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, strengthen current client relationships, and develop new business with prospective clients. The role requires a proactive 'hunting' approach for new logos and expansion within existing accounts. Building on a background in service assurance, network testing, and telecom technologies, the candidate will establish credibility with customers, partners, and prospects, navigating organizations to reach key decision-makers and become a trusted advisor. The role involves driving innovation, automation, and value, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful deployments. The candidate will leverage sales experience to secure business in competitive situations, with Infovista providing a challenging environment that rewards initiative and results.

Profile

  • Strong drive for results and targets.
  • Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.
  • Ability to develop strategies focusing on territory and key accounts.
  • Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate concepts effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of how technical sales influence business cases; ability to coordinate internal resources.
  • Team-oriented selling; proactive internal communication with presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.
  • Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions.
  • Understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, and optimization.
  • Strategic thinking, process setup, and organizational building skills.
  • Analytical skills, business acumen, and vision.
  • Ability to inspire and demonstrate charisma.
  • Assertiveness to defend company standards and interests.
  • Prioritization, adaptability, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in building and managing customer or vendor relationships, including senior executives.
  • Proven hunter with a track record in selling OSS solutions and closing deals.
  • Existing relationships with senior leaders at CSPs like Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
