Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Director to lead and develop campaigns for our clients. The work is developed for Spain and Portugal, and we are seeking someone with a clear strategic and business vision to help us grow and expand our operations.

️ ¿What will be your challenges and responsibilities at Cheil? ¿What do we expect from you?

• Lead the accounts team and oversee the delivery of assigned client projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop a strong and lasting relationship with clients and ensure their needs and expectations are met at all times.
• Identify and pursue additional business opportunities with existing clients, as well as generating new business opportunities for the company.
• Work closely with the creative and production team to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality projects.
• Manage the account budget and ensure project profitability.
• Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a similar position in an advertising or communication agency.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish strong and lasting relationships with clients.
• Strong ability to think strategically and develop business plans for the company.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close commercial deals.
• Knowledge of the advertising market and ability to identify new business opportunities.
• High level of English.

?Timetable from Monday to Thursday from 09.00-18.15 and Fridays from 09.00-15.00. July and August, we have an intensive working day, Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 15:00.
