Responsibilities include building partnerships, supporting team mentoring, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates should have experience in sales of complex solutions and proficiency in Salesforce. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle is preferred.

Overview

Account Director, Spain (Madrid). Your role will be pivotal in engaging, educating, and transforming how our customers deliver superior software quality to market faster than ever before. While this role is remote, we are seeking to hire someone in Madrid for proximity to key customers. Helping with mentoring team members who are seeking deeper strategic account management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in selling complex systems / solutions / tools
  • Experience building and maintaining successful partnerships to drive mutual business growth. Demonstrable presentation and communication skills, highlighting your ability to articulate and communicate the unique value proposition of our software to prospective clients.
  • Serve Our Customers & Communities: Create a positive experience with each interaction.
  • Support with mentoring team members seeking deeper strategic account management experience.
Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications we’re seeking: experience in selling complex systems / solutions / tools
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining clean and accurate data within Salesforce to support your sales efforts
  • Knowledge and / or experience of Tricentis products
  • Ideally you have knowledge about business IT-systems such as operating systems, databases and Web technologies, as well as knowledge about the software development life cycle
