You will work closely with Anaïs, our Senior Team Lead Customer Success, and be part of a dynamic CS&D team of 20+ professionals transforming SME finance management across Europe.
Anaïs Da Costa has over 6 years at Qonto, evolving from Customer Success Expert to Senior Team Lead. She has extensive experience in international markets and believes in collaborative management, valuing team input and autonomy.
Please note: This position requires a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Barcelona, 2 days remote). We welcome applicants regardless of background, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
