Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Development Manager to join our team. You will identify and acquire high-potential hotel partners, negotiate tailored agreements, and develop long-term commercial strategies to foster business growth and competitive advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Digital Enablement: Promote digital tools and partner portal capabilities to enhance engagement and self-service efficiency.
  2. Strategic Partner Acquisition: Identify and engage new hotel partners, crafting compelling value propositions for mutual growth.
  3. Commercial Differentiation: Negotiate exclusive agreements with existing partners to unlock potential.
  4. Strategic Execution: Implement regional strategies aligned with company objectives, prioritizing based on market intelligence.
  5. Product Optimization: Analyze partner potential and enhance contracting to improve conversion rates.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  7. Tool & Process Adoption: Advocate for internal tools, providing feedback for improvements.
  8. Seamless Transitions: Ensure smooth handovers to different teams, maintaining trust and continuity.
  9. External Representation: Build relationships with hotel partners and represent HBX Group at industry events.

Required Skills

  • Strategic & Commercial Expertise: Knowledge of hotel distribution, revenue management, and crafting value propositions.
  • Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Experience in high-value agreement negotiations and stakeholder discussions.
  • Product & Revenue Management: Understanding of product portfolios for partner success.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze performance metrics and market trends to inform strategies.
  • Relationship Building & Consultative Selling: Strong interpersonal skills and a partner-first approach.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Ability to work across teams and influence outcomes.

Required Tech Skills
