We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing office in Malaga. The right candidate will join a fun and energetic team that offers digital marketing expertise to the European market, and will be an integral part of growing our business.

Job Purpose: Support internal employees by identifying underperforming ad campaigns and insufficient pacing, creating media plans and optimization recommendations, and generating custom reports.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the "right hand" to the team employees, supporting all aspects of the sales cycle.
  2. Master the Ads Manager Ad Studio product to effectively align campaign objectives and targeting with client needs.
  3. Independently identify campaign optimizations and create media plans to drive sales and client retention.
  4. Increase marketing budget allocation for client by serving as a trusted advisor.
  5. Resolve campaign pacing issues through cross-functional collaboration.
  6. Participate in client meetings and communicate with clients as needed.
  7. Exceed SLA targets and contribute to building a supportive team environment.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support and ad sales. Preferred: 1-2 years of B2B sales or digital marketing experience, ideally with advertising or agency background.
  2. Languages: native speaker of Italian and English proficiency at C1 level.
  3. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure in a collaborative environment.
  4. Strong time management and prioritization skills; capable of working autonomously and reporting progress daily.
  5. Preferred tools: Familiarity with Gsuite (Gsheets, Gslides) and Microsoft Suite.
