What you will do :

  • Communicate with third-party providers and wholesalers in a B2B environment, coordinating with customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle internal and external requests promptly and effectively.
  • Resolve partner and customer concerns following established procedures and applying problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with inventory and cross-functional teams for seamless daily operations.
  • Provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain operational documentation and process guidelines.
  • Proactively address customer needs to enhance service quality.
  • Stay knowledgeable about products, tools, and workflows to support effectively.
  • Manage queries using CRM and ticketing systems, ensuring follow-up and SLA adherence.
  • Adapt to new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.

What you need to succeed :

  • Background in tourism studies or relevant experience.
  • Experience in customer service or front office roles.
  • Proficiency in English and another European language (e.g., French or German).
  • Client-focused, empathetic, and adaptable.
  • Organized, capable of handling large volumes of data and software.
  • Proficient with Google tools and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
