We are looking for a Nordic-Speaking Customer Service Executive – Accommodation Front Office. Based in Palma de Mallorca, you will join a dynamic, customer-focused team. Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and assist through the booking process
  • Manage and respond to customer reviews
  • Create personalized messages for travelers
  • Support sales growth through excellent service
  • Support our seven-day operation with varied work schedules
  • Respond to price inquiries professionally
  • Manage customer profiles and special requests
  • Resolve challenges to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize Sembo’s tools and systems effectively

Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in at least one Nordic language and fluency in English
  • Living in Palma
