Job summary

Kids&Us in Spain is seeking an energetic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator for a hybrid role combining teaching and coordination. You will prepare lessons, monitor progress, and support families and peers to foster children’s learning.

The position offers a 28-hour work week with teaching and coordination duties, a stimulating environment, and a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI. Start in 24/08.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Certificate of Delitos Sexuales with no previous record.
• Interest in working with children
• Planning and organization skills
• A team player: if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Prepare classes using Kids&Us lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, families, and peers to support growth.
• Communicate in an efficient, professional manner.
• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method; support the director in teaching and administrative activities.

As our teacher you’ll learn to:

As this is a hybrid role combining teaching and academic coordination, the contractual level (Level 5 or Level 8A) will be defined based on the prevailing responsibilities.
