Job summary

Kids&Us Language School in El Prat is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support teachers with lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events. You will monitor student progress and maintain regular contact with families through progress reports and meetings.

The role includes conducting trimester evaluations and ensuring a high-quality educational experience. We require full proficiency in English (C2), strong communication and organizational skills, and a proactive, energetic attitude

Qualifications

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conduct end-of-term evaluations for each trimester/story.

Your role

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A).

The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
