Job summary

Kids&Us in Barberà is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events. You will monitor progress and maintain meaningful follow-up with families, including reports and meetings.

The role requires full English proficiency (C1), strong organization and communication skills. Teaching experience is a plus, and a Certificate of Sexual Offences with no prior record is mandatory. 35 hours per week, permanent, starting in October.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
