Job summary

Kids&Us Sabadell is seeking an Academic Coordinator to guide teachers in lesson planning and school events while ensuring high-quality student progress tracking.

You will monitor progress and maintain open communication with families, providing supportive follow-up and timely reports. A positive, organized approach is essential; teaching experience is a plus, and a clean background check is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
