Job summary

Kids&Us Language School in Barcelona’s Nou Barris is seeking an Academic Coordinator to join our team. You will guide teachers in lesson planning and school events, helping to deliver our unique English program.

You will monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports). Start date is as soon as possible; hours are 30 per week; contract type: Fixed-term or Permanent.

Qualifications

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
