Kids&Us Language School in Elche is seeking an Academic Coordinator to guide teachers, support lesson planning, and help run school events.

You will monitor student progress, provide meaningful follow-up with families, and conduct trimester evaluations. The role requires full English proficiency, energetic leadership, and excellent communication; teaching experience is a plus, while a clean background check is mandatory.

Formación

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
