Kids&Us in Alcoi is seeking an Academic Coordinator to lead teachers, support lesson planning, and monitor student progress.

You will engage with families, recruit pupils, and help organise marketing events; start date is immediate; 32 hours per week; permanent contract.

A English C1+ is required; experience in teaching or team management is welcome; salary according to collective agreement; equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Fluency in English, minimum level C1 (C2 valued).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.

• Customer focus and ability to build trusting relationships with families.
• Experience in teaching, educational coordination or team management is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles is an advantage.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record (or to be able to obtain one before starting).

Responsabilidades

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story ensuring quality and adherence to the Kids&Us methodology.
• Assist interested families, present the Kids&Us educational programme and advise them during the enrolment process.
• Play an active role in recruiting new pupils and help organise marketing campaigns and open days.

For our school in Alcoi we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team!

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 32 hours per week

Start date: immediately

Your role

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story ensuring quality and adherence to the Kids&Us methodology.

What You Need

• Fluency in English, with a minimum level of C1 (a C2 level will be particularly valued).

• Previous experience in teaching, educational coordination or team management will be an advantage, although it is not essential.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles will be an advantage.

Salary

Salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Education and Non-Regulated Training.

Variable remuneration through an incentive scheme linked to performance and the achievement of the centre’s objectives.
