Job Opportunity: School Coordinator at Kids&Us in TORDERA

Are you a store manager or do you have experience as an assistant store manager? Are you experienced in sales within the retail sector and familiar with social media?

We are seeking a School Coordinator for our school in TORDERA. We will provide comprehensive training to develop your skills in sales, facility and personnel management, customer service, and financial management.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily operations and manage the center from both commercial and academic perspectives.
2. Increase sales by implementing specific strategies and monitoring KPIs.
3. Welcome clients, build relationships with parents, and engage families through consultation and activities.
4. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to enhance brand awareness and market share.

Candidate Profile:

1. Ability to plan and organize activities.
2. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
3. Previous experience in education, retail, or commercial sectors as a sales consultant, manager, or store/school manager.
4. Ability to manage and motivate teachers.
5. Proficiency in English (C1 level).
