Qualifications

• Master's degree or postgraduate qualification.
• 5 to 7 years in team management, operations, process management, transformation or related roles.
• Experience in process improvement and automation, data analysis and reporting.
• Experience leading technology projects and working with technical teams from a functional perspective.
• Experience in the higher education sector.
• Professional level of English, spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of the syllabus process, from planning and monitoring through to closure.
• Coordinate preparation and management of academic documentation, teaching materials and associated information.
• Define and maintain procedures, controls and quality criteria that ensure process consistency.
• Oversee calendars, workloads, milestones and dependencies to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify operational incidents and risks, resolve or escalate them, and follow up until closure.
• Organise, allocate and supervise the team's work, setting clear priorities and responsibilities.
• Define objectives, assess performance and provide regular feedback.
• Foster autonomy, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
• Identify operational needs for digitalisation, automation and simplification.
• Translate needs into functional requirements and work with IT on testing and validation.
• Monitor results and propose improvements based on data and feedback.
• Define and maintain indicators to monitor activity and deadlines.
