Seeking a Self-employed Immigration Lawyer

Our firm is an international company that provides immigration and global mobility services. Our headquarters are located in the United Kingdom. We are looking for a self-employed immigration lawyer with a high level of English and at least 3 years of immigration experience to join our team.

Responsibilities :

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and advising on all aspects of immigration law, including preparing necessary documentation for visas, residence permits, naturalizations, and other legal procedures related to foreign nationals. They will work closely with both individual and corporate clients, providing effective solutions for their immigration needs.

Requirements :

• Registered lawyer
• Minimum of three years’ experience in immigration law
• Knowledge of Spanish immigration legislation
• Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office tools and legal systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced level of English
• Experience in the following procedures :
• EU family member card
• Work authorization under the Entrepreneurs Law
• Family reunification
• Long-term residence
• Self-employment (including modifications)
• Nationality

What we offer :

Working hours : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Annual contract income : €33,000 - €40,000 gross (depending on experience), paid in 12 installments
