Overview

Lawyer - Financial Services Operation

As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and elaboration of procedural documents of a financial institution.
• Control and updating of documents.
• Definition, preparation and updating of Risk Assessments in relation to Concentration Risk, Legal/Regulatory Risk, Occupational Risk, Conduct Risk, Reputational Risk.
• Support in the analysis of processes and procedures aimed at optimizing them.
• Drafting of both technical and executive reports.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Law + Business Adminsitration or similar
• High level of English (B2/C1)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Proficiency in Office Package.
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, reporting to several managers simultaneously.
• Knowledge and expertise in any of the following areas: Social Security /LawLabour / LawCorporate Law.
• Interest in the financial sector.
