This role requires a confident communicator who works closely with internal teams to advance campaign delivery while keeping client goals in focus.
Your Role at Ladder
This is a supporting role within the Account Management team, which bridges production, creative, strategy, and project management teams in executing campaigns, insights, and proposals to our clients. You will report directly to the Senior Account Managers, providing account management support to help the team efficiently plan and meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support Senior Account Managers in delivering digital solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate tasks and projects to platform specialists within the context of client goals.
- Monitor client progress towards monthly goals, providing analysis and next steps to the Senior AM regularly.
- Update internal stakeholders on client progress to ensure seamless execution.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports to assist in planning and presenting goals based on performance and insights, aligned with client business objectives.
- Support the daily management of multiple projects, addressing questions from channel specialists and escalating issues as needed.

Do you have demonstrable experience within the following areas?
- Reading and analyzing marketing reports with understanding of digital KPIs (CPCs, CTR, CPM, CPA).
- Experience with Google Data Studio reporting is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced digital agency environment; experience with app-based clients is a bonus.
- Some experience managing or supporting campaigns in Social, Search, or Programmatic channels.
- Knowledge of planning, strategizing, and building digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and MMP tracking platforms (Apps Flyer, Adjust, Branch).
- Experience with project management tools like Asana is beneficial but not essential.
