Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about numbers and data analysis.

• Coordinate the daily replenishment of stock to regions, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain weekly reports to drive operational insights.
• Track and execute global stock rebalance actions for optimized sell-through.
• Manage weekly replenishment of CO and novelty items to regions.
• Balance seasonal items and push for stock turnarounds.
• Handle regional / wholesale VIC requests and ensure fulfillment accuracy.
• Create and maintain the CIL merged database for improved planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide training on distribution and inventory processes.
• Establish OTD communication between regions and central teams.
• Develop weekly reporting tools to track seasonal deliveries and key events.
• Manage orders for important events and pop-up locations.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in studies that allow them to sign an internship agreement with their university.

Availability to do an internship of 6-12 months from 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays.

Strong interest in data, numbers, and analytics with a desire to pursue a career in planning or supply chain.

Exceptional attention to detail.

High proficiency in English.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to work with large datasets.

Good at problem-solving and optimizing processes for better performance.
