We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack BI Developer to join a high-impact team supporting Bosch’s Global Reporting System (GRS), a key platform driving data-informed decisions across a global organization.

This isn’t just another development role. You’ll combine your deep technical expertise in .NET (C#), T-SQL (MSSQL), JQuery, and ETL tools like Talend, Apache Hop, or SSIS with an analytical mindset to help design and optimize reporting structures that matter.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functionalities, interfaces, and ETL processes for the Global Reporting System (GRS) and BI tools
• Support daily operations and troubleshoot issues across reporting platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, KPIs, and support onboarding
• Contribute to presales activities and BI support for new projects
• Explore and integrate Big Data and AI opportunities into data strategies
• Drive process optimization through data-driven solutions

Core Skills/Experience

• 3+ years in .NET (C#), T-SQL (MSSQL), JQuery, HTML/CSS
• Hands-on ETL development, ideally with Talend, Apache Hop, or SSIS
• Experience with Agile, GitHub, data analytics, and KPI reporting
• Knowledge of data warehousing, Big Data, and AI analytics is a plus
• Strong communicator across technical and business teams
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
• Team player with strong analytical thinking
