This offer is part of the Talent Marketplace organized by Barcelona Activa in collaboration with BARCELONA MUSIC TECH HUB, scheduled for Friday, 9th May. The company XCEED is looking to fill the position of JUNIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST.

Pre-selected candidates will need to confirm their availability for the Talent Marketplace on Friday, 9th May, from 10 am to 1 pm. The location is to be determined.

Functions and Tasks:
  1. Assist in sourcing and hiring talent for various roles, with the goal of gradually managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  2. Work closely with hiring managers to define role specifications, job descriptions, and ensure alignment on hiring needs.
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent based on job requirements and departmental needs.
  4. Manage candidate relationships, ensuring an excellent experience throughout the hiring process.
  5. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  6. Analyze and track key HR metrics to inform decisions in talent acquisition, performance, and employee engagement.
  7. Promote XCEED’s cultural values and mission both internally and externally.
  8. Collaborate with the Head of Talent on strategic HR projects related to company growth, employer branding, talent development, employee retention, and performance.
Additional Details:
  • Type of contract: Permanent, indefinite full-time.
  • Weekly hours: 40 hours.
  • Working hours: Flexible core hours between 10 am and 4 pm; start earlier or later as preferred.
  • Gross annual salary: Ranges from a paid internship up to €24,000.
