Job Description:

The company XCEED DEV SPAIN SL needs to fill the position of Head of Partnership Iberia.

Once pre-selected, your availability for the Talent Marketplace on Friday, 9th May, from 10 am to 1 pm will be required. Location to be determined.

Functions and Tasks:

• Lead and develop the Iberian sales and account management team, supporting high performance, new deals, client growth, and retention.
• Manage your pipeline, leading prospecting, deal structuring, negotiations, and closing; build relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Promote a data-driven culture and ensure CRM adoption, accurate forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape, identifying growth opportunities and product improvements.
• Collaborate with the CCO on growth strategies and with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance customer experience.
• Represent XCEED at industry events and conferences to expand network and brand visibility in Iberia.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• 7+ years in business development and team management, preferably in ticketing, tech, music, or events.
• Proven success in closing high-value deals and scaling commercial operations in competitive markets.
• Strong network within the Iberian nightlife and events industry, with deep market knowledge.
• Data-driven with experience in CRM management (preferably Pipedrive), sales analytics, and performance metrics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomous operation, risk-taking, and growth driving.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Indefinite full-time contract
• Weekly hours: 40
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 10 am and 4 pm
• Annual salary: to be discussed during interviews
