About this opportunity

We are seeking a 5G/4G Solution Architect responsible for performing trials, defining parameters and features baseline, troubleshooting, and designing new sites. The role involves analyzing, designing, and developing end-to-end technical solutions for customers, translating customer needs and technological opportunities into detailed proposals to ensure profitable business for Ericsson.

What you will do

1. Drive end-to-end 5G/4G trials, collaborating with Core, Integration, and Transmission teams.
2. Define baseline features and parameters for 5G/4G networks.
3. Optimize end-to-end network performance.
4. Acquire knowledge from PDU and transfer to local teams.
5. Scope, design, and drive technical solution offerings.
6. Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk assessments.
7. Collaborate with core teams on potential activities and solutions.
8. Create technical presentations, proposals, and conduct customer presentations.
9. Support the deployment of solutions.
10. Provide feedback to R&D teams.
11. Participate in knowledge sharing, documentation, and staying updated on new technologies.

What you will bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in network optimization and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in E2E, Network Optimization/Design.
• Strong knowledge of 5G/4G RAN and E2E networks.
• Layer 3 and call trace analysis skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as NDO Cognitive SW, ITK, ENIQ, ENM, Moshel, TEMS, Wireshark.
• Consultative, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to share knowledge, problem solve, and think critically.
• Proven ability to deliver results and manage stakeholder relationships.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of Core & IMs.
• Acceptance handling; K2/K3 certification is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English.
