Pepper Group Spain is investing in the development of a loan servicing platform and broader ecosystem with the aspiration to provide the modular elements of the platform to internal and third party customers on a SaaS basis.

About the role

The objective of this role is to support the Development Lead in the governance of the project. Involved in an Agile methodology, the role will help manage the backlog, sprints, tasks (scrum master) as well as assist with the governance of the applications.

Location: Madrid, Spain.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Support and oversee the full project lifecycle from initial idea to full delivery.
  2. Ensure the plan is clearly defined and translated to tools used on the methodology (Azure DevOps).
  3. Help in all aspects of governance, from delivery of tasks to management of the products.
  4. Continue developing a deep understanding of current system behavior to ensure optimal solutions are proposed in the approved specifications.
  5. Manage the delivery of projects with stakeholders including timelines, schedules, and delivery dates.
  6. Assist in the process of documenting the products, mainly from the technical point of view.
  7. 2+ years of experience managing dynamic technical change projects in a fast-moving environment under Agile methodologies.
  8. Full professional proficiency in English.
  9. Strong technical knowledge / background and modern architectures (Cloud, microservices, APIs, Angular or similar framework, Azure, automatic testing and IaC).
  10. Presentation and analytical skills.
  11. Financial Services experience highly desirable.
