Capgemini is seeking a PLM Support Engineer to provide Level 2 support for 3DEXPERIENCE-based PLM environments. You will investigate incidents, diagnose issues, and coordinate with Level 3 teams to ensure service continuity.

Based in Madrid or Seville, you will collaborate with users, infrastructure and engineering specialists to maintain stability, performance and knowledge resources. Strong ITIL practices and English proficiency are required to support global operations.

Formación

• Experience in application support or technical helpdesk
• Knowledge of PLM environments, ideally 3DEXPERIENCE
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues across enterprise apps
• Familiarity with ticketing/service management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, Confluence)
• Understanding ITIL principles and best practices
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 support for 3DEXPERIENCE applications, including incident investigation and resolution.
• Verify issues, reproduce defects, validate behaviors, and coordinate with Level 3 teams.
• Manage incidents and service requests using enterprise ticketing tools with proper prioritization.
• Collaborate with users, infrastructure teams, and engineers to ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Monitor PLM IT environments, support stability, and assist in 3DEXPERIENCE administration.
• Apply engineering process knowledge to support aerospace PLM workflows within a structured framework.
