Formación

• 2+ años de experiencia como animador 3D en la industria de videojuegos.
• Portafolio o reel que muestre una variedad de animaciones 3D, especialmente para juegos.
• Conocimientos de scripting como Python para mejorar flujos de trabajo.

Responsabilidades

• Crear animaciones fluidas y dinámicas para personajes y entornos.
• Trabajar con motores de juego e implementar animaciones en proyectos en tiempo real.
• Colaborar con equipos para cumplir con los plazos de desarrollo.

Our game development studio is looking for a talented and creative 3D Animator to bring life and motion to our characters, environments, and creatures.

If you have a passion for animation and storytelling through movement, we want you on our in-house team in the vibrant city of Valencia, Spain.

Responsibilities

• 2+ years of experience as a 3D Animator in the gaming industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, posing, and anticipation) and how they apply to game animations.
• Experience in character rigging and skinning for animation.
• Ability to create fluid, dynamic animations for characters, props, and environments.
• Experience working with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and implementing animations into real-time projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a Spanish and English-speaking environment.

Desired Requirements

• Knowledge of facial animation techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with procedural animation systems or tools for dynamic animation.
• Understanding of animation blending, state machines, and IK / FK systems in game engines.
• Experience in animating for various platforms (PC and consoles).
• Ability to adapt to different art styles, from realistic to stylized animations.
• Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, MEL) to enhance animation workflows.
• A portfolio or reel showcasing a range of 3D animations, particularly for games.
