A leading global consultancy is looking for a SuccessFactors Payroll Lead to lead SAP payroll implementations across Spain. This 100% remote position requires expertise in Spanish payroll and legislation, as well as significant experience in full-cycle implementations. You will be responsible for configuration, testing, and client management. Competitive salary up to €60,000 based on experience.

Formación

• 3–5 full-cycle SAP EC Payroll implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll and legislation.
• SAP EC certification (Time modules desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Leading discovery, design and delivery for EC Payroll.
• Configuring Payroll and Time modules for Spanish clients.
• Running walkthroughs, testing and managing hypercare.

We are supporting a fast-growing Global Consultancy as they expand their Spanish SuccessFactors team with two brand-new roles :

One in client delivery , and

One in-house for the business itself.

Both are full-time, permanent, 100% remote positions – open exclusively to candidates based in Spain with fluent Spanish.

SuccessFactors Payroll Lead (Client-Facing Projects)

Join the front line of digital HR transformation. You’ll lead full lifecycle Payroll implementations across Spain using SAP Activate, from early scoping to go-live.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading discovery, design and delivery for EC Payroll
• Configuring Payroll and Time modules for Spanish clients
• Running walkthroughs, testing and managing hypercare
• Supporting pre-sales, estimations and solution proposals
• Acting as a trusted Consultant across technical and functional areas

You’ll need :

3–5 full-cycle SAP EC Payroll implementations

Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll and legislation

SAP EC certification (Time modules desirable)

Hands-on experience with Time Sheet / Time Off / Time Tracking

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Salary : up to €60,000 depending on experience

SuccessFactors Lead Consultant – EC & Time Tracking (In-House)

This is an in-house role where you’ll support EC and Time Tracking operations and enhancements across the Consultancy’s internal systems.

Your focus will be :

Supporting EC and Time Tracking configuration

Handling internal tickets, issues and upgrades

Collaborating with in-house delivery teams

Helping shape internal standards and best practice

We’re looking for :

Experience in SAP EC & Time Tracking

Desire to grow within a stable, internal team

Salary : up to €50,000 depending on experience
