A private yacht company in Palma de Mallorca is seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess for a 48m motor yacht. You will manage all aspects of the interior, mentor junior staff, and ensure high service standards during guest trips. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and be ready for a dual-season vessel. Competitive salary and three months paid holiday per year are offered.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess for a private 48m motor yacht.

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience on similar-sized vessels.
• All certifications up to date
• Schengen visa if required
• B1/B2 visa a bonus

Responsibilities

• Strong service skills with a solid foundation in all aspects of the interior.
• Able to mentor and train junior stewardesses.
• Solely responsible for all uniform inventories and allocation.
• During guest trips, stewardesses rotate between laundry, housekeeping, and service.
• Support the Chief Stewardess as the right hand in day-to-day interior operations.

Vessel & Team

Dual season vessel. Currently in the shipyard in Palma de Mallorca, heading to the Caribbean at the end of November. Interior team of 4.
