Formación

  • 4+ years of experience in technology projects, specifically in Capital and Risk domains.

  • Proven experience in creating test cases and coordinating UAT.

Job Opportunity : Business Analyst – Credit Risk Capital (ACPM Project)

Location : Remote / Madrid (GMT+1)

Languages Required : English and Spanish

We are seeking a Business Analyst with deep expertise in Investment and Corporate Banking , specifically in Capital and Regulatory Reporting processes. You will join the Credit Risk Capital Squad as part of an AGILE technology team focused on key strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Define business functionalities and translate them into system requirements.

Design and map business processes and data flows.

Collaborate with the Chief Data Office (CDO) to define data sources and integrations.

Conduct data quality checks and ensure accurate figure reconciliation.

Perform Integrated Testing and analyze results to validate business logic.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support production deployments.

Provide change management support to business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

4+ years of experience in technology projects within Capital, Risk, or Regulatory Reporting domains.

Strong background in functional analysis, business process definition, and KPI creation.

Experience in test case creation, UAT coordination, and go-live support.

Familiarity with change management practices.

Proven ability to perform detailed data analysis , including reconciliation and source tracing.
