Your mission: (co)-responsible for the strategic and operational development to achieve the company's goals in Spain, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Responsible for a number of potential customers (prospects) / your own market, from initial contact (cold calling) to closing. Future potential to develop into a team lead, managing other employees in the workshop chains. You will be part of a motivated team eager to drive success.
Your profile: Sales is your passion: you are a sales hunter in B2B/SaaS/automotive sales and enjoy inspiring others. Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not required. You value partnership-based and sustainable sales at eye level. Ideally, you have built and scaled digital B2B businesses and acquired customers in the SaaS sector. You are flexible, adaptable, independent, native or bilingual in Spanish, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
