Checkealos is a B2B, Software as a Service - Remote User Experience Testing Platform - based Company with headquarters in Sevilla. Present mainly in Spain, the UK and the USA.

We have a world-class customer success team and are growing worldwide! You would be joining a team of CSMs focused in either Spain, UK and North America. They are so fun to work with, we ensure you get to meet them during the interview process so they can sell you themselves on joining! You will also work cross functionally with our Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to deliver value, drive adoption/engagement, and ensure a world-class customer experience.

The Opportunity:

As a Customer Success Support for our Enterprise accounts, you will help create and maintain successful partnerships with a portfolio of strategic customers, helping them achieve their goals with our platform.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Assist in managing the customer experience from onboarding to adoption, ensuring they are engaged and satisfied with the service.
  2. Support Customer Success Managers with client communication, reporting, and strategic initiatives that drive customer success and retention.
  3. Help collect feedback from customers and collaborate with internal teams to enhance our product and services.
  4. Provide guidance and best practices to help customers meet their goals, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform.

Especially valuable:

  1. A solid understanding of User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) principles (highly valuable).
  2. Prior experience in customer success, account management, or customer support within a tech or SaaS company.
  3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and work well cross-functionally.
  6. Familiarity with project management and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple client accounts.

Bonus Points:

  1. Experience with SaaS platforms or in the technology sector.
  2. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and contributing to customer-focused initiatives.
  3. A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
