Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Electric Vehicle Charger Escalation Specialist to maintain reliability across its global EV charging network. You will monitor chargers worldwide, respond to alarms, and coordinate remote fixes to minimize downtime.

In a 24/7 environment you will work with field technicians, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, document actions, and drive improvements in charging infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and in a remote, collaborative team.
• Experience in a 24/7 environment.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
• Experience in technical support, escalation management, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the performance of EV charging stations worldwide and identify issues.
• Respond to alarms, trouble tickets, purchase orders, and invoices per SOPs.
• Serve as point of contact for field customers; escalate to vendors or teams as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of issues, escalations, and resolutions; use dashboards for metrics.
• Collaborate with RME field, operations, sustainability, and external stakeholders.
• Develop training materials to improve troubleshooting and reduce escalations.
• Recommend improvements to charging infrastructure based on issue insights.
