Now, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis and help them attract and hire the best tech talent in the industry.

What They’re Looking For:

As their Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a strategic role in shaping their hiring approach across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data. You’ll be part of a high-performing team based across Europe, working towards ambitious hiring goals for 2025.

Here’s what your role will look like:

1. Hire exceptional talent that raises their bar across tech verticals with a strong focus on software engineering
2. Proactively source and engage exceptional engineering and product talent through direct sourcing, building robust referral networks, and fostering deep candidate pipelines
3. Collaborate closely with engineering hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the needs of their tech teams and provide strategic guidance on hiring
4. Boost their Employer Brand - host meet-ups, attend events, create blogs and videos to attract great talent
5. Use data and analytics to identify process improvements, and share stakeholder updates regularly

Who They’re Looking For:

TravelPerk seeks someone with recent experience in a high-growth tech scale-up. Specifically, you’ll bring:

• Strong sourcing skills - knowing how to attract top talent
• Experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for Engineering roles; Product/Design experience is a plus
• A deep understanding of the tech talent landscape across Europe and cities like London, Barcelona, Edinburgh, or Berlin
• Comfort with context-switching and adapting to roles outside your comfort zone
• A growth mindset, using metrics and insights to improve recruitment strategies
