Job Description:

This role offers an opportunity to work in a top-level position within the CISO/IT organization, contributing to the Run Lean strategic initiative.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 15 years of experience in production environments
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-level architecture and solutions
• Understanding of corporate business processes such as payroll, recruitment, staffing, and IT service management
• Expertise in solution design and process optimization
• Ability to evaluate and optimize platform performance within budget constraints
• Experience leading teams of solution architects for complex transformations
• Experience auditing and aligning architecture strategies across programs
• Skilled in process optimization projects at large organizations
• Experience integrating solutions across corporate ecosystems
• Knowledge of frameworks balancing cost efficiency and performance
• Ability to work on multi-team projects
• Understanding of enterprise complexities and designing solutions for lasting results
