You will develop integrated plans that connect shopper needs with impactful brand experiences and commercially effective solutions.The role requires deep knowledge of shopper marketing, customer & consumer connections, and experience collaborating with bottlers, distributors, and retail channels within multinational environments.Responsibilities Define and lead the strategic vision for commerce and shopper marketing projects across the EU region. Build integrated strategies grounded in consumer insights, commercial context, and retail activation. Collaborate closely with account, creative, media, and data teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences. Identify innovation opportunities to deepen consumer engagement through experiential solutions. Liaise with FMCG clients to localize strategies based on market-specific needs.
