2025_42_CLINICAL TRIAL BILLING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

IGTP needs to incorporate an administrative support to perform billing tasks in the area of clinical research in Medical Oncology and Clinical Haematology in collaboration with the Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of the invoicing of clinical trials procedures
• Record visits and test patients, data verification
• Registration, control and follow up of invoices
• Communication with Sponsors and CROs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Hold a CFGS degree in Finance & Administration or similar.
• Complementary training in clinical trials (e.g. CTA) and health care.
• Proof of previous experience in document management and accounting.
• Good level of English and computer skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in an organized manner.

The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) is a public research centre located in Badalona. Its main objective is to increase scientific knowledge in order to transform it into solutions to improve the health and medical care of patients and the community.
