Offer Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for: · Supporting the Lifelong Learning Coordinator in planning and im plementing training programmes. · Managing the MOODLE platform: setting up courses, uploading resources and solving minor technical issues. Working alongside the UIB Campus Digital team. · Colla orating with lecturers and experts in adapting digital content and learning assessments. · Attending meetings with internal and external teams to ensure the area’s goals are attained.

Candidates must have a degree in any of the following areas or similar:
- Pedagogy; psychopedagogy or education sciences
- Education technology or e-learning
- Staff training and educational innovation
- Business administration and management (with a specialisation in training or educational management)
- Systems or informatics engineering (with experience in learning platforms)
- Audiovisual communication (with experience in project management)
- Other qualifications proving skills in educational management or training.
Experience developing content for learning platforms and managing audiovisual projects.
Particular consideration will be given to candidates with postgraduate qualifications in digital education, educational project management or pedagogical innovation.

Specific Requirements

Experience managing education projects, particularly at university or lifelong learning level. Previous experience in specialised staff training at companies will also be considered. · Solid command of learning platforms, especially MOODLE (or a willingness to quickly learn about them). · The capacity to work with resources to run training programmes. · Skills using educational resources and digital tools for teaching and learning.

Language requeriments

C1 Catalan or higher (essential).
Spanish: high level spoken and written
B2 English or higher (particularly for reading and understanding technical documents).

Prior experience

At least 1–2 years of experience managing education or lifelong learning projects. · Experience planning and implementing training programmes. · Experience designing and developing blended, in-person and online learning resources and strategies. ·Skills in learning assessment and monitoring systems for online environments and/or comprehensive monitoring of communication projects.

Eligibility criteria

• Curricular merits in the field (max. 40 points). • Qualifications in the specialist area (max. 20 points), other (max. 5 points).

• Experience in the field (max. 15 points). E.g.: > 3 years (10 points), < 3 years (5 points).
• Other merits (max. +5 points). E.g.: recommendation letters. Eligibility threshold: 60 points.

iii. The members of the Research Area Assessment Committee (CARAI).
iv. One or more expert members in the topic pertaining to the recruitment and chosen by the chair of the committee, where applicable.
v. The head of FORHU (or delegated representative), as secretary, who may speak but not vote.
