Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

How You Will CELLebrate

1. Support and advice on planning, construction and operation of battery cell factory Spain.
2. Develop and implement concepts to improve health and safety.
3. Support in the standardization of occupational safety, management system, ergonomics and other relevant safety topics for the factory.
4. Investigate and evaluate the cause of work accidents and propose prevention measures.
5. Prepare training documents and implement training courses.
6. Support in the coordination of contractors (CAE) and evaluate and communicate legal and other safety requirements and actively support their implementation.
7. Conduct regular safety inspection / audits and close out corrective action in a timely manner.
8. Update and maintain our current occupational risk assessments, preventive planning and health & safety plan, in accordance with the legislation.

What You Need For Our CELLebration

1. A degree in Prevention and Safety or a university education that enables you to work as a Senior Technician in the Prevention of Labor Risk (PRL).
2. 5 years of experience.
3. Fluent level of English and Spanish.
4. Experience with licensing authorities.
5. Ability to work shifts.
