Offer Description

The successful candidate will undertake tasks related to objective 3 of the project, involving determining pili impact on marine protists and observing their interaction with planktonic particles. They will join Dr Christie-Oleza’s team to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Microbiology or similar
• Excellent academic record
• Experience in microbiology and molecular biology techniques
• Experience cultivating marine microorganisms
• Experience in protein overexpression, dye, and microscopy techniques
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2)

Preferred Experience

• Institutional mobility
• Work in microbiology labs
• Cultivating photosynthetic marine microorganisms
• Molecular biology and microscopy

Research Experience

1-4 years

Additional Information

Compensation may be higher based on recognized professional experience. The planned end date is December 31, 2025.
