Recoverylab busca un Senior Sales Specialist en ortopedia y traumatología para unirse a su equipo en Madrid. El candidato debe contar con al menos 5 años de experiencia en ventas en el sector, un portafolio activo de clientes y habilidades excepcionales en la gestión estratégica de ventas. Ofrecemos contrato permanente tras el periodo de prueba, un salario competitivo con incentivos y un entorno colaborativo enfocado en la innovación.

Formación

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas en ortopedia y/o traumatología.

  • Dominio de inglés (C1/C2).

Responsabilidades

  • Presentar y promover productos ortopédicos a profesionales de la salud.
  • Gestionar y expandir un portafolio de clientes existente.
  • Representar a la empresa en reuniones y congresos nacionales e internacionales.

Our latest product is groundbreaking, already creating buzz among top specialists, and we are looking for a high-level sales professional to lead its expansion.Who are we looking for?An experienced Senior Sales Specialist with a strong background in orthopedics and traumatology and an active client portfolio (this is essential).

We seek someone strategic, passionate about healthcare, highly autonomous, and exceptionally organized.

A high level of English and full availability to travel are key to succeed in this role.Key Responsibilities : Present and promote our innovative orthopedic product to healthcare professionals.Manage and expand an existing portfolio of clients.Organize and execute sales visits independently and effectively.Represent the company in national and international meetings, congresses, and events.Provide valuable market feedback to help the technical team refine the product.Requirements (Must-Have) : Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in orthopedics and / or traumatology.Active client portfolio (hospitals, clinics, orthopedic and trauma specialists).High English proficiency (C1 / C2) – frequent meetings and presentations in English.Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and results-driven mindset.Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across Spain and abroad.What We Offer : Opportunity to work with a truly innovative product in the medical field.Permanent contract after trial period.Competitive salary with commission and performance bonuses.Company car and all necessary sales tools.Freedom to plan your own schedule and sales strategy.A collaborative, high-performance environment focused on growth and innovation.
