Offer Description

The position involves extraction of bioactive compounds from common food matrices, evaluation of their bioaccessibility using in vitro methods, and assessment of intestinal absorption using cell lines.

• Academic training : Degree in biology, chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry, food science and technology (punctuation : 20)
• Additional training : Courses related to the position (punctuation : 15)

Additional Information
