What You'll Do :

Business Development will be the Sales & Talent pipeline driving our business. Our vision is to be the best sales training ground in the world to fuel the business with high-quality leads and future stars. We achieve this by recruiting and inspiring high potential talent, coaching them for sales excellence, and rewarding their success with significant career transformation opportunities both within and outside the world of Sales.

Business Development Representatives are responsible for identifying and contacting the right decision-makers through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging social media tools such as LinkedIn for prospecting. You will navigate organizational structures, pursue both individual and team goals, analyze data, and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Identify and contact new prospects, qualify leads, and create new business opportunities from UK and Ireland.
  2. Develop strong product knowledge and learn from colleagues.
  3. Build collaborative relationships with your Account Executives to strive for mutual success.
  4. Accurately track communication with current and potential customers in our CRM (Salesforce).
  5. Identify and address inefficiencies by leveraging prospecting tools effectively.
  6. Meet your quota and focus on your core role to maximize your development.
Who You Are :
  1. 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience working with or for the UK Market.
  2. BA / BS degree in a related field or proven experience in a similar environment.
  3. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  4. Effective communication skills and the ability to build influential relationships.
  5. High motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a career at Criteo.
  6. Leadership qualities in self-management.
  7. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  8. Ability to adapt quickly to change with a positive attitude.
  9. Ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  10. Passion for new media, internet trends, and continuous learning.
  11. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  12. Must be eligible to work full-time in the EU without restrictions.
