Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong curiosity about how mechanical systems work and fail.

• Ability to structure and document technical analyses and findings.
• Strong influencing and consulting skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RCA on failed wind turbine bearings identifying critical failure modes and mechanisms.
• Perform hands‑on visual and metallurgic inspections of failed bearings and components.
• Analyze operational data and design specs to support investigations.
• Develop and document detailed technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Present RCA findings and recommendations to customers and suppliers.
