Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with software/automation for industrial control panels or similar.
• Solid experience from a Technical Project Lead role.
• A BSc in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, Software Development, Computer Science, or related field.
• Willingness to travel around 20 days a year to visit customers and production sites in Europe.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Act as software product owner for customer pre-configuration solutions.
• Serve as the customer's technical point of contact for software releases and related topics.
• Collaborate with the project team to deliver customer solutions and support production with software inquiries.
• Perform hands-on installation and deployment of SCADA software on industrial PCs/servers with Automation Engineers.
• Configure system parameters, communication protocols and security settings.
• Create and maintain documentation of configuration steps and system readiness checks.
• Support creation of customer documentation related to SCADA and automation.

At our office in Hammel, you will join our core project team, responsible for new customer projects. Here, you will work alongside our key account managers, project managers and our highly competent team of engineers and technicians. You will be deeply involved in both the project execution and bidding process.

Drive technical challenging projects

As our new technical project lead you will be anchor point for customer software pre-configuration of SCADA cabinets across a wide range of applications and configurations. This position requires expertise in networking and SCADA systems to ensure secure, reliable connectivity and seamless integration between industrial control systems and IT infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as software product owner for customer pre-configuration solutions
• Serving as the customer's technical point of contact regarding software releases and software-related topics.
• Collaborating closely with the project team to deliver customer solutions and supporting the production line with software-related inquiries.
• Performing hands-on installation and deployment of SCADA software packages on industrial PCs and servers in collaboration with Automation Engineers.
• Configuring system parameters, communication protocols and security settings.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation of configuration steps and system readiness checks according to corporate documentation standards.
• Support the creation of customer documentation related to SCADA and automation.
