Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize wind turbines and transformer stations in real time.
• Respond quickly to alarms and faults to minimize downtime.
• Plan and perform switching operations under Wind Electrical Safety Rules (WESR).
• Handle permits and ensure return to normal operation after maintenance or incidents.
• Maintain open communication with internal teams and external authorities during operations and incidents.
• Prepare precise operational reports and support grid balance coordination.
• Identify and share opportunities for process improvements.
